What is a Death Doula?
A Death Doula / End-of-Life Doula is a non-medical professional trained to provide emotional, physical, spiritual, and informational support to a patient and family before, during, and after death. Death Doulas are also known: End of Life Doulas, Transition Guides, Death Coaches, and End of Life Guides.

Best Time to Collaborate
The best time to begin is before a crisis begins. Working with me early gives you and your family the chance to plan thoughtfully, have meaningful conversations, and feel more at peace with what’s ahead. By starting sooner, you avoid rushed decisions, likely save money, and create more space for connection, comfort, and legacy. Some families reach out when a loved one wants to be assisted with creating a legacy book to pass on or first receives a serious diagnosis. Others connect with me as aging parents begin to need more support. And some wait until the final weeks or days. Others just want to better understand what the future holds, options on how to proceed around this mysterious transition journey. Wherever you are on the journey, I will meet you there with clarity, dignity, and calm.
